Please join us on May 3rd to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of V.E. Day. The event will feature optional 1940s FANCY DRESS.
1pm-3pm Traditional Cream Teas. This will include a selection of sandwiches, cake, the traditional HOME-MADE scone with cream and jam, and a glass of fizz (A non-alcoholic alternative will also be available.) This will be priced at £7.50 per person.
2pm-4pm LIVE MUSIC from vocalist Kaedee. She has been busy the last few weeks rehearsing wartime numbers for you, so expect some 40s classics along with more modern hits. There will be no additional charge for this part of the celebration, entry is free, so please come along for a sing song and boogie.
4pm-6pm Pie and Mash. We are ending the day by serving you traditional 1940s fare in the form of Pie & Mash, lovingly prepared by us on the day for you to enjoy. This will be priced at £9.50 per person.
If you wish to have both the cream tea and the pie & mash, we are offering both for the discounted price of £15 per person. To avoid disappointment, and so we have an idea of numbers to cater for, we would appreciate it if you could book your meals in advance via the clubhouse.
